   • The digital revolution where PCs have replaced the typewriters is about 20 years old now. But it has not replaced the hard copy papers (correspondence, fax, forms, even emails). File cabinets are expanding in number in all offices and more storage space means additional expense for keeping aged files and documents. The solution is to scan and digitize; but to manage these documents is a new ball game. This is where we come in to assist you maintain your business continuity.
   • Our basic service covers software, its installation and training of your staff. You provide the hardware we recommend, mainly PCs and scanner(s). Follow on support after warranty is advisable.
   • We also provide full turnkey services ie personnel to scan the thousands/millions of your hard copy documents. From experience we noticed that companies simply can't spare their own staff for this job, so outsourcing the scanning and managing the system is the way to go.

3. Authoring and publishing your cherished photos into a coffee-table book. Suitable as photographic records for any occasion. Images are obtained from digital cameras and/or scanned hard copy photos. Stories and captions to be supplied for layout and authoring.
